Job Summary
Technical Program Manager needed for a startup in the future of medicine. This is an FTE opportunity to join a growing company at the ground level and drive cross-functional technical programs in a product-focused environment. Candidate should have 5+ years of experience, a technical background (ideally in software engineering), and a 4-year degree. The role emphasizes product/program management at a software product company, experience with ML lifecycle infrastructure (LLMs welcome), and familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). Must be able to operate in a fast-paced startup setting, translate ambiguity into actionable plans, and apply a data-driven, commercially minded approach to shaping product strategy and conducting market research and competitive analysis. Remote role, preference for EST (open to CST).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- background in software engineering or technical field
- 4 year degree ideally technical
- experience in product or program management at a software product company
- experience or familiarity with ML lifecycle infrastructure (LLMs optional)
- experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure
- ability to deal with ambiguity and switch between high-level thinking and daily tasks
- strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to product strategy
- experience using data for market research, competitive analysis, and synthesizing product insights
