Job Summary
Lead complex technical programs from concept through launch and into production support for the enterprise eCommerce SDK platform. Partner with Product Managers to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and drive execution across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, and Business stakeholders. Manage program schedules, dependencies, risks, mitigation plans, and executive communications while delivering SDK and API integration initiatives. Collaborate with enterprise customers and partners throughout implementation and onboarding activities to support activation, buying, onboarding, and customer service workflows. Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable program plans ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high operational and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Technical Program Management, Product Technical Management, or Technical Product Management experience
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise technology programs
- Hands-on experience delivering SDK, API, platform, or enterprise integration solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integrations and architecture
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups across both business and technical organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently
Desired Qualifications
- Previous enterprise eCommerce experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise or B2B customers
- Background in telecommunications, cloud, software platform, or digital commerce organizations
- Familiarity with customer activation, purchasing, subscription management, or customer support domains
- Experience with developer platforms, SDK lifecycle management, or API enablement programs
- Experience working within or alongside large enterprise organizations such as Amazon, AT&T, Microsoft, or major telecommunications providers
