Job Summary
Technical Program Manager role focused on end-to-end program delivery across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial. Drive program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics; identify blockers and drive resolution through stakeholder management; ensure speed, quality, and operational rigor. Build governance across planning, reviews, risk management, and action tracking; translate leadership goals into executable plans and measurable outcomes. Develop dashboards and executive reporting to provide visibility into program health and business impact; champion best practices in program management, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, PMO, Product Operations, or a related role
- Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and engineering workflows
- Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams effectively
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Familiarity with data protection laws like GDPR, PDPA, DPDA preferred
