Job Summary
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver internet speed enhancement projects within defined scope and timelines. Develop program schedules, monitor status reports, and conduct quality checks to ensure uninterrupted customer experiences. Analyze large Excel data files daily to identify fallout results and drive immediate resolution with required groups. Manage Walk-On stakeholder relationships through bi-weekly meetings and escalate risks affecting project delivery. Communicate regularly with senior management regarding blockers and issues. Work onsite three days per week in Denver, CO, for this long-term engagement. Requires strong technical program management experience and telecom industry knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years program or project management experience in technology focused environments
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working through ambiguity across multiple cross functional teams
- Ability to analyze large data sets daily and translate findings into clear action items for resolution
- Strong senior stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to clearly report status, blockers, and risks
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and requirements through recurring management meetings
- Experience with software development methodologies
- High proficiency with Excel is required, including VLOOKUPs, large data set filters, and adding fields for analysis
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Tableau reporting
- Telecom industry experience is required
- Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative focused field of study
- Must live and work in Denver on site 3 days per week in office
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PMI or equivalent program/project certification is preferred
- Agent OS or SCOPE experience for account review is a plus
