Job Summary
Establish program governance frameworks, success metrics, and KPIs aligned to business outcomes for the Corporate Finance Systems portfolio. Drive prioritization and sequencing of initiatives while overseeing end-to-end delivery of multiple interdependent projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies. Proactively manage program-level risks, issues, and escalation frameworks, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Lead forums such as steering committees, program reviews, and governance boards, and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource planning. Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations on program ROI, value realization, and risk reduction outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Experience managing programs spanning multiple teams, systems, and geographies
- Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Program-level coordination across interconnected projects
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and prioritization
- Strong experience with tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, portfolio tools)
- Experience communicating with senior stakeholders
- Ability to deliver executive-level reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive accountability across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
