Job Summary
Technical Program Manager for Anduril’s Space business leads day-to-day execution of program initiatives, collaborates with customers and engineering teams, defines the technical path for success, and ensures contractual requirements are met. You’ll embed with customers to understand mission challenges, shape products that solve national and international security problems, coordinate with multiple internal teams (engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations), and manage sprint plans, milestones, and customer relationships to drive top-line growth while delivering robust, software-defined, distributed mesh networking and C2 capabilities for Space Domain Awareness data. The role requires ownership mindset, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s in a relevant engineering discipline, 4+ years of industry experience, experience with hardware/software system integration, leadership of cross-functional teams, and an active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. (minimum) in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 4+ years relevant industry experience
- Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software development programs in support of advanced C2 capabilities in any domain
- Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems
- Experience with building and leading cross-functional teams
- Current active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
