Job Summary
Lead the delivery of new products and features from scoping through release; translate product requirements into clear technical specifications with engineering teams; partner closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure alignment on priorities and execution; track and manage technical issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams; identify bottlenecks early and drive resolution using technical and analytical judgment; oversee quality assurance processes and support resolution of escalated technical issues; ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders; support code review oversight and release readiness validation (where applicable).
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar delivery-focused role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery processes
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams across product and engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on execution and delivery
- Experience tracking technical issues and driving resolution in complex environments
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in software engineering or a technical degree (preferred)
- Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar development tools
- Experience supporting release management or QA processes
- Prior experience in scaling product delivery across multiple teams
