Job Summary
Technical Program Manager role to serve as the primary integration point between customers and Senra's internal teams, translating customer requirements into executable manufacturing plans for wire harness production. Responsibilities include owning opportunities from RFQ through production handoff and launch readiness (Tier 1 and Prime accounts), coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Program Management, driving cross-functional reviews, risk mitigation, and readiness for production release, supporting estimating and proposal development with input on labor estimates and cost targets, and managing scope, schedule, and changes to ensure successful delivery. Required skills include cross-functional leadership, ability to interpret drawings and BOMs, knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, ERP/MRP proficiency, and strong stakeholder management. Education and experience as stated above; ITAR considerations and aerospace/defense manufacturing context are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs from concept through production
- Strong understanding of wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing processes, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and customer technical requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive execution across multiple teams and competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
