Technical Program Manager, Research

Take complex technical programs from idea to delivery by scoping plans, setting milestones, and keeping multi-team work moving efficiently to a high technical bar. Prioritize competing demands in partnership with research teams to ensure effort lands on highest-impact work. Build and maintain compute and resource roadmaps by surfacing bottlenecks, finding ways to accelerate progress, and building relationships with external partners. Partner with researchers to package findings, methods, and tools for transfer to frontier labs and stakeholders. Connect research and engineering with internal partners in Operations, Events, and Communications to provide timelines, results, and context for planning and resource allocation. Define programs for foundational research and research infrastructure teams while helping build processes, systems, and tooling where none exist.
