Job Summary
Act as the primary custodian of team productivity and delivery health for the new AI platform RISE, optimizing the end-to-end value stream from product discovery to production release. Lead high-energy Scrum ceremonies, refine Kanban/Scrum processes, and aggressively remove technical and organizational impediments to maintain a sustainable work pace. Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, balance technical debt with feature delivery, and track flow metrics like cycle time and velocity to drive continuous improvement. Shield the team from scope creep by acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during active sprints, while communicating program status, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership. Create and maintain program reports, dashboards, and executive-ready views of delivery health.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role
- Proven success driving cross-team software delivery
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Platform, infrastructure, or large-scale product experience
- Mastery of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
- Proven ability to manage dependencies across multiple cross-functional teams
- Ability to speak the same language as developers—understanding CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and modern web architectures
- Power user of Jira and Confluence
- Capability to build advanced dashboards and automation workflows to visualize team health
