Job Summary
Lead complex technical programs from planning through delivery, coordinating work across Software, Robotics, Hardware, Firmware, Product, and Business teams. Build integrated program plans that account for cross-functional dependencies and identify risks early to remove blockers before they impact delivery. Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs while partnering with engineering leaders to balance scope, quality, and schedules. Establish lightweight, scalable program management practices that improve visibility without adding unnecessary processes. This role reports directly to the Director of Software within our industrial space in Sterling, VA, where we build robotic systems to make electronics manufacturing circular.
