Job Summary
Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer to lead the Agile Release Train (ART) at ModMed. Own and facilitate PI Planning, ART ceremonies, and cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Drive value-stream management, manage dependencies and risks, and optimize flow for traditional SDLC and iterative AI/ML lifecycles. Partner with senior leadership to shape technical roadmaps, champion continuous improvement, and mentor teams in SAFe practices. Utilize GenAI tools to automate reports, derive data-driven insights, and enhance program predictability. Ensure alignment across engineering, product, and architecture, translating Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and maintaining high-visibility communication. Facilitate distributed, matrixed collaboration and guide DevOps, Release on Demand, and Lean UX adoption across the value stream.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and SAFe implementations
- Strong ability to facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos
- Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, architecture)
- Hands-on experience with SDLC and AI/ML development lifecycles
- Ability to translate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and communicate progress to leadership
- Familiarity with metrics, dashboards, information radiators, and predictive analytics to measure ART health and throughput
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Mentor teams in SAFe practices and guide adoption of DevOps and Lean UX
