Job Summary
Midnight Foundation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across complex, multi-party technical programs including protocol development, infrastructure, validators, and wallets. The role involves owning end-to-end delivery of technical programs, translating engineering roadmaps, coordinating across various teams and partners, managing risks, and providing structured updates to leadership. Preferred qualifications include a strong background in blockchain systems and experience in highly technical environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager in highly technical environments
- Strong working understanding of blockchain systems (L1/L2s, validators, nodes, wallets, infra)
- Experience managing programs involving distributed systems, production launches, and external partners
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting requirements, and parallel workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort working with engineering artifacts (technical specs, GitHub, release plans)
