Technical Program Manager

Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy into executable delivery plans and own the Kanban flow by monitoring WIP, cycle time, and throughput. Facilitate agile ceremonies with Engineering Leads, manage cross-functional dependencies across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external teams, and unblock work to maintain delivery momentum. Maintain delivery dashboards, analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks, and champion best practices in risk management and team collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a Kanban-based delivery model and excels at cross-team coordination.
