Job Summary
Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring records are organized for Engineering Leadership. Track task progress for engineering projects using DORA and SLO Monitoring to generate visibility reports. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate engineering activities by booking resources and sending invitations. Serve as the primary point of contact for project inquiries and facilitate communication between stakeholders. Provide administrative support by preparing presentations, drafting correspondence, and maintaining project files. Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration among Engineering Leadership and team members
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Having certifications such as PSM (Professional Scrum Master) from Scrum.org or PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI (Project Management Institute)
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Coda, or Asana for task management, scheduling, and reporting
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders
