Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end programs by defining success metrics, monitoring issues, and surfacing opportunities within systems processing hundreds of thousands of high-value transactions daily. Own shared deliverable orchestration across Data Science, Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams while managing roadmaps, backlogs, and Kanban workflows. Act as the primary point of contact for all business requests to Data Science and Business Analytics groups. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and offers a base pay range of $140,000 to $160,000 per year. Candidates must bring three-plus years of program management experience in Agile/Kanban environments, along with SQL, Web API, and Python skills. At MediaAlpha, you will drive value for customers in high-consideration categories like insurance and property, leveraging your ability to translate technical strategy for executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Program Management or related project experience, in an Agile/Kanban-based environment
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with heavy attention to detail
- Experience with SQL and Web APIs
- Experience working with technical (ML, Data Science, etc.) and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully
- A self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and ability to problem-solve
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Hybrid role: 3 days/week in office
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Python and Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) a plus
