Technical Program Manager - Manufacturing

Solicit, capture, and develop program and project goals while creating work breakdown structures and tracking assigned work to completion. Document and escalate risks, review budgets with finance, and ensure conformance to contract requirements. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, prepare governance reports, and monitor KPIs to drive performance. Coordinate engineering ECO requests and work with the automation team to improve program efficiency. Manage performance metrics and execute other assigned management duties in a dynamic environment.
