Job Summary
Allocate resources for staffing, facilities, and budgets on the contract while managing requirements and coordinating exchange meetings to validate tasks against agreed-upon plans. Maintain work parameters using standard methods, host required meetings, and prepare program status reports and formal reviews for clients and enterprise management. Review all financial and technical reports before release, communicate issues and solutions transparently to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements. Organize documentation for all parties, coordinate Engineering Change Proposals, and manage multi-vendor environments. Maintain active TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in programs and contracts
- Experience conveying technical concepts to various audiences and communicating effectively with senior managers, colleagues, and others
- Experience in a management role with an understanding of related processes and functional support elements
- Experience complex customer situations and interact with all levels of personnel to provide quick and effective resolutions
- Proven ability to manage distributed teams and projects while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and technical contractors
- Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity
- Experience in leading a multi-vendor environment
- Active PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification
- Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as, the copy machine/fax machine/computer/printer
Desired Qualifications
- 7 years of hands-on relevant experience in a technical field
- Experience with Agile project management experience, to include experience with Agile development related project management applications such as Jira and/or ServiceNow
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
