Job Summary
Lead the scrum process for teams, delegate tasks, and improve process efficiency by introducing relevant business solutions for better implementation and integration. Track, communicate, and improve product delivery timelines through regular performance metrics checks and reports to upper management. Act as an agile coach to ensure team engagement, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, QA, and DevOps departments, and maintain records of customer escalations. Follow through on technical issue resolutions and report accurate status and risks in regular project status reports. Monitor project milestones and dependencies to ensure adherence to budgets and delivery times while transforming traditional processes to agile paradigms. Provide regular feedback to core teams including product, engineering, and development groups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 4-6 years of experience in program management with Software Projects
- Working knowledge of Agile practices
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Practical knowledge of archiving, development, and other relevant processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A knack for problem-solving
Desired Qualifications
- A PMP or Scrum Master certification
