Job Summary
Technical Program Manager to join the PMO team, focusing on program delivery, portfolio management, and operating-model practices. Responsibilities include supporting program planning and execution, managing risks and dependencies across multiple programs, contributing to the portfolio delivery pipeline from intake to delivery, ensuring cross-functional alignment on goals and timelines, contributing to technical requirements and design discussions, fostering a culture of transparency and lean value-driven processes, maintaining regular stakeholder communications, and participating in cross-functional process-improvement initiatives. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Program, Portfolio and Process Management experience
- combination of technical background and developing leadership skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable with operating in high uncertainty environments and ability to synthesize data into a structured program roadmap
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage by influence and resolve conflicts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Atlassian & Google product suites a plus
- Highly detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
