Technical Program Manager
$135,000–$140,000 year
Hybrid · Melville, New York, United States
Job Summary
Technical Program Manager responsible for cross-team release coordination across engineering, QA, Marketing, and Customer Success; own the master release timeline, map cross-team dependencies, surface conflicts early, and drive resolution with formal go/no-go checkpoints, escalating to CTO/Head of Product as needed. Establish and enforce change control on the release calendar; define and maintain RACI matrices; run release readiness reviews; serve as the single point of accountability for program-level release status visibility. Drive risk management by maintaining a risk register, developing mitigation plans, and surfacing cross-team conflicts for resolution. Translate tribal knowledge into repeatable processes (runbooks, templates, dependency tracking) and design a scalable status reporting system with metrics for cycle time, release predictability, and dependency health. Bonus points for SaaS/retail enterprise experience and familiarity with Kanban workflows and AI-assisted workflows for delivery visibility. Hybrid in-office and remote work arrangement described in the company’s space and schedule policy."
