Job Summary
Lead teams through the engineering development process and implementation of InstantOn products. Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; coordinate activities of internal and external partners; monitor progress against plans, escalating issues and driving solutions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Collaborate with engineering management to improve processes and program efficiencies; communicate program status to stakeholders and negotiate options at management levels. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of PM experience; strong MS Project skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage matrixed teams and multi-functional programs; role based in Roseville, CA with hybrid in-office schedule (up to 3 days in office) and additional office location in Palo Alto, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent; 4+ years experience in Program Management
