Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of complex programs across cloud infrastructure, identity management, observability, and AI tooling portfolios. Partner with Core Technology leaders, architects, and stakeholders to translate strategy into executable plans, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and drive projects from discovery through operational handoff. Manage technical operations roadmaps, resource needs, budgets, and timelines while analyzing risks to develop mitigation recommendations. Deploy technical toolkits to solve operational challenges and implement process improvements that enhance organizational efficiency. Build trust with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Report to the Director, Technical Program Management. Hybrid schedule with three required in-office days in New York City.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program or project management/process-oriented operations work experience
- 3+ years of experience using coding languages such as SQL to analyze project performance and risks and develop reports for management and business partners
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
- This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week
- Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events
Desired Qualifications
- PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification
- Healthcare experience
- Metrics-driven program and project management approach, constantly guiding business partners towards 'zero defects'
- Experience managing a technical or system implementation
