Job Summary
As a Technical Program Manager III, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large programs that align with Riot's strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include creating program plans, managing Agile project management ceremonies, reporting on program performance, and maintaining effective communication practices across platform teams. You will need to have at least 6 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience
- Excellent teamwork, team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
- Experience with iterative development methodologies like Scrum & Agile, and have used supporting software (i.e. JIRA)
- Experience in software development, infrastructure, or live operations management
Desired Qualifications
- Previous program experience in a large distributed organization.
- Experience managing software/video game products through the entire life cycle – from conception, development and launch to maintaining and operating a live service.
- Experience working on a variety of software products in the gaming or entertainment space.
