Technical Program Manager III

Job Summary
Technical Program Manager III responsible for defining scope, goals, and metrics; aligning roadmaps across cross-functional teams; identifying and mitigating risks; maintaining transparent stakeholder communication; tracking progress, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery; driving process improvements; providing technical leadership and influencing architecture quality. The role involves coordinating with engineering, product, legal, privacy, compliance, and data governance teams on complex, cross-functional programs, with emphasis on areas like privacy, compliance, and data governance in eDiscovery and Information Governance. Desired capabilities include leading high-complexity, XFN-heavy full-stack engineering projects end-to-end (front- and back-end), strong UI design experience, organization and attention to detail, and experience as a full-stack software engineer. Agile/Scrum experience and startup experience are a plus.
