Job Summary
Technical Program Manager III on the SXP Product team responsible for delivering complex programs within scope, schedule, and budget. Drive program-level strategic planning, engage with executive management, manage cross-functional teams and contractors, oversee scope definition, requirements gathering, estimation, scheduling, budgeting, status reporting, risk and issue management, and launch planning. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead initiatives across multiple partners and platforms; Python/JavaScript code review experience and software engineering background preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a mix of software/technical background and technical program management
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple partners and stakeholders
- Strong ability to understand and review code (Python, JavaScript); software engineering background preferred for understanding architecture and design aspects
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
- Experience with software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
- Must be able to work Pacific time zone hours (strict requirement)
