Job Summary
The Technical Program Manager II will manage customer networking rack programs and ensure successful launch readiness for manufacturing. Key responsibilities include developing and managing project plans, performing risk/change management, providing hands-on program management during various design phases (EVT, DVT, PVT), interfacing with engineering and business owners, and delivering engineering assessments and risk analysis for hardware design. Candidates should have solid project management abilities, strong communication skills, and at least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related area
- 2-5+ years experience in managing cross-functional engineering development
- Solid project management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with industry and market best practices
- Demonstrated computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
