Job Summary
Coordinate and drive Industrial Design and CMF deliverables across multiple concurrent hardware projects, advocate for the ID/CMF vision, and ensure it is authentically represented in the product development process. Lead development, delivery, and qualification schedules; manage program structure for clarity and efficiency; communicate program statuses and risks; ensure documentation is current for staff and leadership review; contribute to resource planning. Must-have: 7+ years in mechanical engineering or industrial design; experience in 1P/2P product development; colors management across plastics/textiles and coordination with ID/PD teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience working in a mechanical engineering or industrial design field
- Experience in 1P and/or 2P product development, defining requirements and program constraints, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in colors, plastics/textiles color managing experience, understanding of color palette, managing color schedule, communications with ID/PD teams to keep projects on time.
