Job Summary
Leads planning and execution of multiple complex technical projects or programs in support of evolving software products. Develops software roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and partners with cross-functional software development teams to prioritize, plan, track, and execute. Manages risk, influences course corrections, and drives improvements across the software development lifecycle. Provides technical leadership to ensure solutions meet quality and performance standards, communicates progress to leadership, and encourages innovation within project teams. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of on-time results.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in program/project management, scrum master, or related field
- Experience leading complex technical projects or programs
- Ability to develop software roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Kanban
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality practices
- Ability to manage risk and drive process improvements
- Experience with risk management and project scheduling
