Job Summary

Drive contract milestones to completion by managing regulatory, engineering, and siting deliverables for government projects. Serve as the primary interface with contracting officers, program offices, and installation personnel while architecting integrated master schedules and cost baselines. Independently resolve programmatic risks, oversee contract compliance including reporting and milestone billing, and own program financial performance through budget forecasting. Carry the customer's voice back to engineering teams to shape deployment decisions. This role requires U.S. citizenship and a security clearance, with 100% onsite work at the El Segundo HQ.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in program management or project management
  • Experience managing programs requiring the delivery of complex capital equipment or large-scale industrial systems
  • Experience supporting U.S. government programs
  • Proven ability to manage programs with significant technical complexity, multiple parallel workstreams, and cross-functional dependencies
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with electric power infrastructure projects and knowledge of business issues associated with power delivery services
  • Experience building and/or deploying infrastructure at DoD installations
  • Direct working knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance, government contract types (cost-plus, FFP, T&M), and federal reporting and audit requirements
  • Active DoD security clearance
