Job Summary
Lead and coordinate product development programs across design, engineering, and commercial teams to drive the conception, validation and implementation of innovative, cost-effective product solutions from concept through NPI; translate customer needs into product requirements and work with design engineering to extract core features; drive execution, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets (consumer, industrial, medical, digital health, automotive, enterprise, IoT); establish and achieve functional plans, potentially with P&L responsibilities, and communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to support market strategy and product marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience with PCBA, system integrations, and rack integration
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced functional, technical, and people/process management skills with strong customer-relationship capability
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret highly complex technical and business documents
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior leadership
