Job Summary
As a Technical Program Manager at NVIDIA, you will manage technical alignment and product delivery with various partners, driving release planning in collaboration with globally distributed engineering and product teams. You will ensure the consistency of specifications and set quality standards for software releases. Your role includes assessing project health, providing feedback for improvements, and promoting a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in program management with a strong technical background in AI, DL frameworks, and software engineering principles.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven track record in technical program management or related roles
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other technical field
- Deep hands-on experience with DL Frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Up to speed on generative-AI advancements
- Experience leading programs building software products using AI technologies
- Capacity to multitask effectively with minimal direction
- Proven ability to creatively resolve issues and resource conflicts
- Ability to ensure timely delivery of software products
- Experience with software engineering principles
