Technical Program Manager (Delivery & Sprint Management)

Job Summary
Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end sprint process across multiple teams including Engineering, Data, AI, Product, and Operations; manage Jira boards, dashboards, and reporting; lead sprint ceremonies; ensure properly defined, prioritized, and tracked tickets; coordinate cross-functional dependencies; monitor progress, risks, and delivery performance; maintain delivery roadmaps; facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders; establish and improve project management processes; produce regular status reports and executive updates; drive accountability across active initiatives; preferred experience with AI, data platforms, analytics products, distributed/remote teams, and tools like Confluence, Slack, GitHub; focus on scalable execution framework and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, Project Management, or similar
