Job Summary
Lead AI-enabled automation programs to improve Enterprise sales efficiency. Translate business needs into scalable automation and data solutions by partnering with stakeholders to map workflows and requirements. Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery through pilot and scale, coordinating cross-functional execution and measuring operational impact. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate automation, analytics, and AI capabilities into Enterprise workflows. Drive enablement and adoption through training and structured pilots to embed solutions into day-to-day workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, analytics, strategy, consulting, or a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and Python; strong understanding of data foundations including pipelines, ETL processes, and system dependencies
- Technical fluency with APIs, automation platforms, or internal tooling
- Experience deploying AI-enabled tools, automation workflows, or internal data products
- Strong cross-functional collaboration; ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly
