Job Summary
Technical Program Manager in JPMorgan Chase’s Securities Services Technology leads connectivity initiatives (sFTP, MQ) for external clients, coordinates testing scope and data setup, oversees SWIFT-related testing, and aligns requirements, risk, and architectural controls with stakeholders. The role involves coordinating across external clients, Operations, and internal teams, driving production-quality software solutions, code reviews, and ongoing process improvements, while leading communities of practice and leveraging advanced technologies to deliver secure, scalable technology products.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in project management with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of SWIFT and connectivity technologies such as sFTP and MQ
- Strong client-facing skillset with excellent written and oral English language skills
- Experience in test management, including writing and agreeing on test scopes
- Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to contribute to technical solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, AI, ML, mobile)
