Job Summary
Lead multiple concurrent programs from inception to delivery, managing scope, capacity planning, and risk mitigation for Feedonomics and other strategic initiatives. Drive end-to-end Go-to-Market readiness while collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams to execute global roadmaps. Provide transparent visibility into program status, resource needs, and escalations to executive audiences. Foster continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile practices and removing blockers to accelerate feature delivery. Work in a hybrid model in Austin, Texas, with a base salary of $140,000-$211,000.
Required Qualifications
- 7 or more years of experience in technical program or project management
- focus on medium-to-large-scale software development initiatives within web technologies
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs
- Proven, hands-on proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- direct coaching experience
- Own post-program retrospectives and value realization reviews
- ensuring initiatives are tracked against intended business outcomes, not just delivery milestones
Desired Qualifications
