Job Summary
Technical Program Manager to lead a major USG IT services program. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and delivering all aspects of the program—service desk implementation and operations, end-user hardware management, hardware deployments and refresh, infrastructure management, contract task administration, and financial management including invoicing and reporting. Role requires developing and managing program documentation (OBS, WBS, PM plans, risk management plans, SOWs/tasks/schedules, responsibility matrices), applying PMBOK practices, tracking budget burn and key metrics, and ensuring SLA adherence. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, staffing, subcontractor coordination, and ability to work in fast-paced government contracting environments. Travel to Chandler, AZ or Washington, DC as needed; on-site work; to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance; US citizenship required.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance, prefer active clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen to meet contract requirements.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a SECRET clearance.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within a commutable distance of Chandler, AZ or Washington, DC, and be flexible to travel to either location as needed based on business requirements.
