Technical Program Manager

Drives development of strategies, processes, and resources; manages schedules and task details with project-management tools; coordinates internal/external resources to meet on-time, within-budget objectives; initiates requisitions and purchase orders; drives cost/schedule performance for equipment; collaborates with multifunctional design teams; provides technical input to achieve project goals; coordinates status updates and prepares for release and deployment; applies engineering and business-process expertise to programs and issues; identifies and resolves potential complications and develops solutions. Leadership may involve leading functional teams or projects with moderate scope and complexity; strong communication and problem-solving skills to negotiate concepts and align stakeholders.
