Job Summary
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for IT-InfoSec, AI, and cross-functional teams. Create program charters, establish roles, and define success metrics for security and AI initiatives while managing control rollouts and migrations requiring careful change management. Facilitate collaboration by communicating status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders, ensuring outcomes are delivered reliably at high quality. Identify operational gaps, improve processes supporting security program execution, and drive cross-functional execution with urgency. Manage program-level visibility across risk areas and dependencies, utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience, including Project execution experience in cyber security-related initiatives
- Self-motivated, structured, results-driven; capable of setting priorities and managing time effectively in demanding settings
- Experience communicating and representing work to leadership, framing discussions to gain valuable feedback, and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
- Experience applying AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) to enhance program management workflows such as meeting summarization, dependency tracking, and automated reporting
- Have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to influence without authority, build cross-organizational support, cooperation and action around security initiatives, policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- CISM, PMP, PgMP, CSM, ACSM or SAFe certification is plus
