Job Summary
Coordinate technical and functional interactions between client stakeholders and the development team, managing AI and AWS application development programmes from planning through deployment. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, oversee data pipeline architecture and model evaluation processes, and apply MLOps expertise to guide machine learning lifecycle decisions. Facilitate communication across distributed teams in Poland and India while monitoring programme progress and managing risks throughout delivery. Provide technical guidance on AWS infrastructure and deployment strategies to ensure alignment between client expectations and technical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in technical programme management
- Proven track record managing AI and AWS application development projects
- Solid understanding of the Machine Learning Life Cycle (MLOps)
- Knowledge of data pipelines, training and evaluation paradigms
- Experience with AWS cloud computing infrastructure and services
- Ability to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Fluent Polish and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams
- Technical acumen to understand infrastructure needs and deployment requirements
