Job Summary
Technical Program Manager to design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls across ARI’s OT/ICS/SCADA environments, owning NERC CIP Low impact compliance, vendor security relationships, and secure remote access. Responsibilities include deploying and tuning EDR on OT assets, maintaining baselines and configuration control for OT equipment, conducting vulnerability management, supporting CIP-008/011/013 compliance and audits, coordinating with Procurement and Legal on supply chain controls, and integrating OT telemetry into a centralized monitoring stack. The role requires field/site visits to PV and BESS plants and periodic travel to the Bay Area home office. Key skills include OT networking (VLANs, firewalling, DMZ), ICS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, SEL), SIEM/logging for OT, and familiarity with CIS/NIST/IEC 62443 frameworks. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience. Certifications such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Specialist, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are preferred.
