Job Summary
Technical Program Manager responsible for leading DoD/IC-wide technical programs in a secure, mission-driven environment. Oversees cross-functional teams, coordinates integration of emerging intelligence capabilities, and communicates effectively with senior government leadership. Requires active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, Master’s degree, 9+ years of defense/IC PM experience, and deep knowledge of ISR concepts and intelligence operations.
Required Qualifications

- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility or adjudication
- Master’s degree
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in DoD/IC PM/PMO roles
- Strong understanding of intelligence operations, ISR concepts, and program execution
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
