Job Summary
Build and run the end-to-end product operations engine from intake to post-GA, aligning teams on standards, tools, and rituals. Operationalize the New Product Introduction readiness framework by orchestrating Go/No-Go decisions, risk tracking, and stakeholder accountability. Drive cross-functional launch execution for Compute, Storage, Networking, and Managed Services while partnering with Production Engineering on SLOs and SLIs. Stand up operating cadences including weekly program syncs and launch reviews, and create scalable playbooks and documentation supporting teams from ideation through post-launch. Identify lifecycle bottlenecks to lead initiatives that simplify, automate, or standardize processes. Define product health metrics and dashboards to inform roadmap prioritization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure as a service
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Google Sheets)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results
- Proven track record in program management, process definition and improvements, and influencing adoption of defined processes across multiple teams or organizations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, manage tradeoffs, identify gaps and risks, drive accountability, and measure successes
- Comfortable handling conflicts and escalations
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and organizations
Desired Qualifications
- Proven cross-functional partnerships with Sales and Marketing to translate market and pipeline signals into product priorities
- Advanced data analytics and executive data presentation skills in order to build self-serve dashboards, define and track product/GTM KPIs, and translate insights into clear narratives and recommendations for decision-making
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and flexible working with a variety of leadership
- Experience driving and leading DevOps initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve development processes and operational excellence
- Experience building cloud infrastructure and applications
