Job Summary
Senior Digital Program Manager leads cross-functional digital transformation initiatives, owning end-to-end lifecycle, governance, and executive reporting for complex, multi-site programs. Drives large-scale change, including process harmonization and organizational redesign, while partnering with senior leadership to align priorities and mitigate risks. Operates with high independence to navigate ambiguity, mentor junior project managers, and ensure disciplined execution; requires expert program management, risk mitigation, change management, and readiness for enterprise SAP/ERP implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Substantial experience leading large-scale digital, PMO, or ERP/SAP program deliveries
- Demonstrated ability to drive multi-site initiatives with significant organizational and operational impact
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent programs within complex, evolving business environments
- Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive strategic alignment
- Extensive background in SAP or similar enterprise system implementations and process optimization
