Technical Program Director

Technical Program Director leading a group of program managers within Visa’s O&I Technology Management team. Responsible for end-to-end program management of large-scale, high-availability infrastructure and platform initiatives across multiple technology domains, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Must drive effective communication with senior leadership, manage multi-time-zone virtual teams in a hybrid work setup, and mentor teams to accelerate delivery of features and services at scale in a global payments environment.
