Technical Program Analyst

Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs across Yubi offerings, including Originators Onboarding, YuVerse, and Supply Chain Finance solutions. Manage project timelines, coordinate patch updates and go-live milestones for banks, and lead client onboarding via API integrations and UAT coordination. Identify and automate repetitive workflows to reduce manual effort, while developing standardised Statements of Work and supporting RFP submissions. Serve as the first point of escalation for client technical issues and manage NDA discussions with new partners. Maintain real-time visibility of active engagements and proactively flag risks. Requires 3–8 years in technical program management or fintech operations; proficiency in Python, Excel macros, and InfoSec compliance processes is essential. Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage for localisation and outreach.
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in a technical program management, solutions consulting, or fintech operations role
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, financial models, and process design
- Experience with API integrations or coordinating technical implementations (technical fluency is essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to create client-facing documents to a professional standard
- Proven track record of delivering under pressure and maintaining SLA compliance
- Experience supporting or owning RFP/proposal submissions in a B2B environment
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to fintech, digital lending, banking, or financial services ecosystems
- Prior experience working with GCC-based banks or financial institutions
- Arabic language proficiency (written and spoken) — strong advantage for localisation and partnership outreach
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Python scripts, Excel macros, workflow automation platforms)
- Experience managing or coordinating InfoSec / compliance review processes
