Job Summary
Analyze program performance metrics; develop dashboards; synthesize data into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers. Provide executive communications support including message development, internal event coordination, executive briefing materials, talking points, speeches, and strategic narratives. Coordinate cross-functional planning and stakeholder engagement across interagency, industry, and Congressional audiences. Translate highly technical intelligence content into accurate, accessible messaging. Maintain consistent organizational messaging, brand identity, and style standards across all products. Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to deliver graphics, layouts, and digital storytelling products. Assess effectiveness of communications, processes, and engagements; provide data-informed recommendations for improvement. Deliver high-quality products under tight deadlines in a dynamic, high-tempo environment. Support internal and external outreach initiatives, briefings, and events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Science, or related field with 6+ years relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting the U.S. Government or Intelligence Community
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and evolving requirements in fast-paced, diverse environments
- Exceptional analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools and commercial remote sensing
