Job Summary
Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements while maintaining appropriate training records. Sustain a smooth flow of material and execute work orders for on-time completion within the Purifications area of Reagent Operations. Maintain physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and stand over extended periods. This role reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations in Chaska, MN, supporting Beckman Coulter Diagnostics' mission to improve patient health through rigorous diagnostic testing.
Required Qualifications
- AA degree or higher
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically
- Must be able to move and stand over an extended period
