Job Summary
Coordinate technical production operations to support client deliverables in a professional services setting. Responsibilities include tax processing (tax returns, extensions, responses to notices) with strict quality control, project coordination (deadlines, status updates, workflow management), proactive client services (anticipate internal client needs and plan to meet deadlines), solutions-oriented issue resolution, due-date tracking, and quality control (binders, adherence to quality standards, setup of new client information). Also assist with document management (distribution/processing of tax organizers, data scanning) and engage in ad-hoc projects as directed by Practice Operations Leader. Key skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, organizational excellence, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment; willingness to overtime during busy seasons and travel up to ~5%.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required, some college preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience; prior professional services environments preferred
- Availability for overtime as needed during busy season
- Willingness to travel approximately <5%
