Job Summary
Technical Production Coordinator to configure, test, and ship network equipment for new customer projects. Responsibilities include unboxing, configuring, testing, and packing mobile routers, Wi‐Fi access points, VoIP equipment, CCTV, alarm equipment, and related hardware; assembling equipment into cabinets; tracking fulfillment; and providing status updates on service and installation parts. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds, basic PC/network/electronics/tool knowledge, basic Windows/Office proficiency, and the ability to learn quickly and multitask in a detail-oriented environment. Shift is Monday–Friday 8:30–5:30pm CST in Carrollton, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and peripherals
- Basic knowledge of computer networks
- Basic knowledge of electronics and wiring
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to multitask
- Good organizational skills
- Logical troubleshooting skills
- Fortinet routers and switches knowledge is helpful but not required
